Our Flexible Esthetic Salon Policy
At Edith’s Esthetics, we strive to provide each client with the highest level of service and care. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our clients, we have established the following policies:
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation:

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
No-Show:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
To ensure that all our clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled treatments, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Deposits
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or in the event of a no-show.
Refunds
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your treatments. However, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you have any concerns about a treatment you received, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness to protect the health of our clients and staff.
Payment
Payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and other forms of electronic payment.
